The Camera ID is a code that is unique to each HomeMonitor camera. It’s a 12 digit code, and can be found on the back of the HomeMonitor Indoor and HD camera, or on a small tag attached to the cable on the back of the Outdoor and HD Pro cameras. It can also be found on the front of the Quick Start Guide in the box of your HomeMonitor camera.
If the camera you have does not show a 'Camera ID' on it, the the camera you have purchased may not be a HomeMonitor camera. Please check with your retailer.
