If you have forgotten your Username (or have tried changing your password and are still experiencing issues logging in), then it would be worth reminding yourself of the HomeMonitor Username you chose when first creating your account. You can do this through the password recovery process.
If you head to https://monitor.y-cam.com/forgot_password.php and enter the email address you used to create an account, you will receive an email from HomeMonitor giving you the opportunity to create a new password. You can ignore the main body of this email if you know your password, as the password will not be reset unless you click ‘Create new password’.
The email will begin ‘Hi [Your Username]’ so you can also use this email to remind yourself of your Username.
