If you have forgotten your Password, resetting it is a fairly simple process. To do so, please head to https://monitor.y-cam.com/forgot_password.php and enter the email address you used to create an account.
You will then receive an email from HomeMonitor with the subject ‘[Account update] – Forgotten password’. This will have been sent by ‘email@example.com’ and will contain a button that says ‘Create new password’. Clicking this will take you to a page where you can choose a new password to regain access to your account. It is worth noting that your password will be caps-sensitive.
