Viewing your camera live

To view your cameras live on the HomeMonitor website, just look for the ‘Live View’ option in the top menu. This will take you to your cameras’ Live View screen. Alternatively, you can click the thumbnail of the camera’s image on the ‘My Home’ screen (this will be the same way that you access the live feed on the HomeMonitor apps).
If you are having trouble viewing any of your cameras, there are a couple of things that you can check.
One reason that your camera may not be showing in Live View is that it may be offline. Please make sure that the camera is connected to the router by heading to either ‘My Home’ or ‘Camera Manager’ and checking whether the camera is listed as online. If the camera still is not online, please reboot the camera by unplugging it and then plugging it back in.

If you have more than one camera, you will also need to select which cameras you want to view at any given time. You can do this by re-arranging the tick boxes at the bottom left of the camera, and then clicking ‘Update Live View’. You can view up to two cameras simultaneously and for a maximum of fifteen minutes.
