Viewing your camera’s recorded videos

To view any videos your camera has recorded within the last seven days, you’ll need to visit your camera’s Video Archive.
On the website, you’ll need to head to the Video Archive. The first video that appears as ready to play will be the most recent video. Along the top is a list of dates, so that you can choose which day’s recordings you wish to view. At the bottom-right of the page are a series of tick boxes with the names of your cameras beside them. You can view the recording lists of two cameras at once, and can alternate the selected tick boxes to view the recordings made by different cameras.
On the iOS app, you can access the Video Archive by clicking the icon at the top left of the screen. On the Android app, you can access the Video Archive by clicking the filing cabinet icon at the bottom of the screen.
