If you would like to change your password, there are two ways in which you can do this.
The first is from within the HomeMonitor website. Once logged in, just head to the User Manager section of the site. On the right hand side, you will just need to enter your old password and then write your new chosen password twice before clicking ‘Save’.
The second way of resetting your password is used most often if you have forgotten your password. Just head to this website (https://monitor.y-cam.com/forgot_password.php), enter the e-mail address linked to your account and click ‘Send’. A link to start the password reset process will then be sent to your e-mail account.
The minimum length of a password is six characters and the maximum length is nineteen characters.
