Returning to an Ethernet connection

Last Updated: Nov 18, 2014 12:10PM GMT
Changing your camera's connection from a wireless to a cabled one (from Wi-Fi to Ethernet cable) is very simple you only need to connect the camera to your router with an Ethernet cable. When you plug the Ethernet cable in between the camera and the router, the camera will automatically switch to and prioritise the Ethernet connection, as it is more stable and has more bandwidth. You do not need to do anything else. When you then remove the Ethernet cable again, the camera will search for the last Wi-Fi network it was connected to and try to connect to that.
