Yes, but not if you intend to use night vision, as the infrared led(s) will reflect off the glass and distort the image. To use the camera at night, you will need to disable night vision and rely on street or other lighting.
To ensure that the camera does detect motion, you will need to position it so that it isn't impacted by reflections, shadows and glare.
