App Update

We have recently launched our Y-cam app, as a result we have now removed the HomeMonitor app for Android and iOS devices.

Please click on the link below to install our new Y-cam app. Our new app has been designed to give you full access to your cameras, and also amend settings to your requirements.


For iOS devices - Click here from your device.

For Android devices - Click here from your device.

Once you have installed the app and have launched it, you need to Log In or Sign Up. If you already have an account, please use your username to log in and not your email address.

Once you are on the My Home screen, click on Add New Camera or the '+' in the top right corner, and follow the step by step instructions to set your Y-cam camera to your account.

    What information should I include?

    If submitting an issue about an existing HomeMonitor account, please include relevant information to your problem, such as:

    Your Account Name
    Camera ID
    How camera is connected
    Router make/model
    Device you are using to access

    If you don't know this information, don't worry, our team will help you find the information you need to get up and running.



    Can I speak to someone?

    We initially deal with all support enquiries through email so the best person possible can help you as quickly as possible. Most issues can and are resolved by email, and much quicker than by phone. If a phone call is required, we will arrange a set time to phone you back so we can get you up and running.
