iOS App Update

Following the launch of iOS 10 by Apple some of you may experience an issue with:
  • Downloading videos
  • Taking a snapshot
Our development team are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We are hoping to resolve this through an app update which will be release mid to late November.

If you wish to download videos please do so through our Web Portal on a desktop or laptop computer at https://monitor.y-cam.com
