Location Recording uses the location of your phone in relation to your camera(s) to turn Motion Recording on or off. When you set up Location Recording for the first time, please ensure that you are with your camera.
To set up Location Recording on your Android Device please do the following:
From the Home Screen select Menu.
Select your camera.
Ensure Motion Recording is on. If it isn't please tap the switch to turn it on.
Select Location Recording.
Press Set my current location or Change my current location.
Press OK to confirm the Current Location is saved.
Tap the switch to Enable Location Recording.
Press OK to confirm Location Recording is now enabled.
Your phone needs to have a data connection when not on WiFi. We will need access to Location Services, and also be able to send Push Notifications. You can check App Permissions to ensure that Notifications are Allowed, and for Permissions ensure that Location is Allowed.
