System Issues

We are experiencing a temporary technical issue with our Y-cam Protect System. This means that the status led on the Hub is flashing red, and you are not able to use the Y-cam app to make changes to the Y-cam Protect System. The Y-cam Protect Remote will still allow you to arm/disarm or use Home Mode.

We are working to resolve this system issue as quickly as possible, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
